Kiran - Founder, Early Years/Development Lead, Club Welfare Officer

I have been playing football for as long as I can remember, so learning to coach was always in the back of my mind once I stopped playing competitively.

As well as a background in grassroots football, I believe other skills and interests such as sports and remedial massage, counselling, and learning foreign languages, have all shaped my approach to coaching.

I'm a big believer in the life skills that team sport can teach - such as teamwork, discipline, and creativity - and think that no matter what level you aspire to reach, that these skills are transferable to any path life takes, helping kids become more well-rounded, confident and self-expressive adults.

Lindsay - Girls Development Officer

Hi, My name is Lindsay jones. I am a mother to 3 children, Ellie my youngest daughter joined Los Campos in 2022 and she has had the most amazing time, like me Ellie is football mad. I’ve always been very passionate about sports, so when the position for a female development officer arose with Los Campos I knew it was my way of being able to use passion,skills and knowledge to help Los Campos to create and develop girls football squads to go along with there mixed and boys squads.

Sean - Founder, Club Treasurer

I'm Sean Eratt, the Treasurer and one of the founder members of Los Campos FC which we started in the summer of 2015. At the time I was one of a number of parents who realised there was no local football club in the London Fields area which inspired us to create our own club to provide grassroots youth football to our community. I have lived in Hackney for 27 years and my wife and I have two teenagers (a boy and a girl) who both play and sometimes coach football at Los Campos FC. I am honoured to have been a part of Los Campos FC and seen so many youngsters progress in their football and social skills over the years. When I am not volunteering with Los Campos FC, my "day job" is working as a solicitor in local government.

Terry - Founder, Chairman

I’ve loved football my whole life from watching to playing. I started coaching grass roots football originally when I was in school but life takes you on paths and played for local clubs through out my adult life … just over 10 years ago I done my coaching badges and after a couple of years of coaching I then set out to build an inclusive club in the local area of London which is when Los Campos FC was formed. In this time we have visited many academies (West Ham, Reading, Crystal Palace, Leyton Orient) we have had many of away trips including Camber sands, Symi Greece and Holland. The club is about building communities, creating a safe spaces and a path way to opportunities within the sport. For me Los Campos is the gift the keeps giving.

For the past two years, I have had the privilege of serving as the Director of Los Campos, a journey that began with my role as a coach before progressing to Head Coach. Throughout this time, I have been fortunate to receive the club’s support in shaping its development strategies, establishing a strong coaching DNA, and expanding the provisions and opportunities available to our players.

With over 10 years of experience coaching young players, my drive comes from a deep passion for football and a commitment to player development. My goal for Los Campos is to create a sustainable club with a clear pathway for players to play, develop, and give back to their community. Through structured coaching, long-term planning, and continued investment in youth development, I strive to ensure that every player has the best possible environment to grow both on and off the pitch.

Rick - Founder, Club Secretary

Rick co-founded the club with Terry and Sean, and is responsible for the general administration of the club. He has been passionate about football from a young age, and played at county level as a schoolboy.
